Really love the feel of this one John. The simplicity of the scene, palette and the combination of the soft-edged brushwork of the landscape and sky, against the hard-edge of the barn.

John this is fabulous....a little different from the same old snow scene with the pop of chartreuse yellow and the addition of the color in the plant growth on the lower right....really caught my eye - the limited palette with a punch is great. Thanks John for your nice comment on my work - it is so appreciated!

About John Williams

John Williams

Hi~ Art has always been one of my first loves! Contact me at..email coffeebythepound@aol.com I attended Paire Art School-then four years in the Navy. Returning home I graduated from the Univ. of New Haven, CT with a degree in the Arts. But I followed another path and that led to 20+ years in retail management. Yet I always found myself drawn to beautiful art and wanted to follow my dream. In 1997, I bought a coffee shop/ 2 art galleries in Lambertville, New Jersey and began painting in earnest. After selling these gallery sites in 2002, I have been able to enjoy the life and times of an artist full time. Now I paint pastels, acrylics, oils, watercolors, and create monoprints...
